Very rare limited edition distributed in 1960 by the Dinky Toys Club on the occasion of the Meccano factory visit and as a prize in a Meccano Magazine competition.
Very near mint example – this model is known for its fragile paint, often showing an "orange peel" effect due to rushed production. The present example is only very slightly affected, with overall glossy paint. Windows are clear and intact, front bumper shows two small chips, tyres are soft, and the black baseplate is flawless.
Matching box in excellent overall condition, with only very slight wear to one side.
 
Très rare série limitée distribuée en 1960 par le club Dinky Toys à l’occasion de la visite des usines Meccano et comme prix d’un concours de Meccano Magasine.
Modèle proche du neuf, ce modèle est connu pour sa peinture capricieuse, en effet celle ci ayant été produite dans la précipitation elle est sujette à un défaut appelé « peau d’orange », le modèle ici proposé y est très peu sujet, globalement la peinture est brillante, les vitres sont claires et intactes, le pare choc avant présente deux petits éclats, les pneus sont bien souples, plancher noir brillant intact.
Boite correspondante en excellent état général, de très légères usures sur une face sont à noter.
